Danielle has always had a passion for horses since a young age, starting with Breyer horses. She got her first horse, an Appaloosa gelding, when she was 14. She still has her heart horse Cisco to this day. Danielle has ridden several different disciplines, but her current whim has her working toward getting her quarter horse trained in reining.

Danielle graduated with her associates degree from Pierce College and entered the field of equine veterinary medicine in 2016. She joined the Tacoma Equine Hospital team in 2021 and finds great satisfaction in being able to help Tacoma Equine provide excellent care for our patients. She also really enjoys that each day in the life of a veterinary assistant is an adventure!

Outside of work Danielle enjoys horseback riding, kayaking, and basically anything outdoors with her family and two Welsh corgis.
